CONSUMER RIGHTS

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your tea products must be unopened, unused, and in the same sealed condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable tea products, loose leaf tea, herbal tea, and flower tea
  • Opened or brewed tea products
  • Intimate or sanitary tea-related accessories
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products (e-tea recipes, online courses, etc.)
  • Some health and personal care tea items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Tea packaging with obvious signs of use or opening
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, online banking, e-wallet, etc.) within a reasonable number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or e-wallet again.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer; processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your e-wallet provider if applicable.

Sale Items

Only regular priced tea items may be refunded. Sale items, discounted tea, and promotional sets cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. If you need to exchange the same item, please send an email to {email address} and return your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you within Malaysia, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items within Malaysia. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location in Malaysia, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

For more expensive tea sets, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
